DouglasBay Capital plc (AIM:DBAY.LN) announces that, on 27 January 2010, Laxey Partners Ltd ('Laxey Partners') acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 5.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Prior to this dealing, the funds managed by LaxeyPartners held 1,241,472,149 Ordinary Shares, 92.79% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Following this dealing Laxey Partners, together with funds managed by Laxey Partners, hold 1,241,522,149 Ordinary Shares, 92.80% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
