DouglasBay Capital plc (AIM:DBAY.LN) announces that it was notified today
that the Directors set out below acquired ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company ('Ordinary Shares') from Laxey Partners Ltd on 27 July 2009:
* Alex Paiusco, CEO of the Company, acquired 2,536,585 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 5.125p each, following which he
holds 2,786,585 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.21% of
the issued share capital of the Company);
* Geoff Bicknell, CFO of the Company, acquired 390,244 Ordinary Shares
at a price of 5.125p each, following which he holds 390,244 Ordinary
Shares (representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital
of the Company).
