Change of subsidiary management

The Company announces that David Garman and Jeffrey Hume, who have been CEO and CFO respectively of TDG Ltd (“TDG”) are leaving TDG following the acquisition of TDG by LIT and its consequent delisting. David and Jeff leave TDG well positioned in the specialist logistics market and the Board of LIT would like to thank both of them for their contribution to the business over the years.

The Company will shortly announce the composition of the new TDG management team. In the interim period, the TDG executive team responsible for day to day management of the business will report to the CEO of LIT.
