Overview

DouglasBay Capital plc (formerly LIT plc) is a holding company for investments in quoted and unquoted small to medium sized businesses.

Vision and objective
It is our foremost aim to create value and generate attractive long-term returns for our shareholders. These returns will be derived from a combination of dividends from the cash generative businesses we acquire, capital gains from any increase in our share price and potentially, one-off distributions from the sale of investments.

Our objective is to build a portfolio of companies that are among the best of their peers. We support our investee companies in developing and realising their full potential during their time under our ownership. Should we decide to part from one of our investments, we will do so with a view to maximising value for our shareholders and will transfer the asset to a buyer that is best placed to support the company in its next stage of development.
